En tant que stagiaire en assurance qualité, votre rôle principal sera de contribuer et supporter des projets de changement/évolution de processus du Système de Gestion de la Qualité (SMQ) en appliquant les démarches d'analyse de risques, de cartographie de processus et de gestion de changement.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration directement avec le chef de l'Assurance Qualité d'Airbus Canada ainsi que le responsable du Système de Gestion de la Qualité (SMQ) au sein de son équipe.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Cartographier et rédiger des processus;
• Participer au développement et à l'élaboration des nouveaux processus;
• Planifier, exécuter des projets d'amélioration qualité;
• Participer à la résolution des problèmes au sein du département;
• Analyser les causes potentielles de non-efficience et/ou bris dans les processus (situation actuelle);
• Proposer des solutions potentielles (situation désirée) et faire recommandations afin de favoriser la prise de décision;
• Analyser, documenter et évaluer les risques et impacts opérationnels liés aux changements apportés dans les processus;
• Apporter un support technique et tactique aux membres de l'équipe Assurance Qualité;
• Participer et contribuer aux diverses gouvernances d'équipe;
• Respecter les politiques et pratiques établies de l'entreprise.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• cartographie et rédaction de processus;
• méthodologie de résolution de problème et à utiliser divers outils d'Amélioration Continue;
• analyse factuelle et pensée critique et rationnelle (formelle ou informelle);
• communiquer, influencer et mobiliser les autres;
• mener des projets dans un environnement de transformation.

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau universitaire (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du génie industriel (manufacturier), génie mécanique (aéronautique) ou une discipline apparentée ?

Durant vos études et expériences précédentes, vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :

• Une première expérience pratique dans le domaine manufacturier, le domaine aéronautique est souhaitable.
• Esprit analytique et organisé
• Haut niveau d'autonomie et de dynamisme (vous serez cependant accompagné.e)
• Bonnes compétences en communication avec une attitude ouverte d'esprit et proactive ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'équipe;
• Créativité et Curiosité;
• Être Familier avec les outils de bureautique (Suite Google, Suite MS office);
• Compétences linguistiques attendues :
  • Anglais : Intermédiaire
  • Français : Intermédiaire

As a Quality Assurance intern, your primary role will be to contribute and support change/evolution projects for the Quality Management System (QMS) process by applying risk analysis, process mapping and change management methodologies.

You will be working closely with Airbus Canada's Head of Quality Assurance as well as with the responsible of the Quality Management System (QMS), within its team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Map and write processes; Participates in the development and creation of new processes;
• Plan and execute quality improvement projects;
• Participate in resolving problem within the department; Analyze potential causes of inefficiency and/or breakdowns in processes (current situation);
• Propose potential solutions (desired situation) and make recommendations to promote decision-making;
• Analyze, document and evaluate operational risks and impacts related to changes made to processes;
• Provide technical and tactical support to members of the Quality Assurance team;
• Participate and contribute to various team governance;
• Follow established company policies and practices.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

• process mapping and writing;
• problem-solving methodology and using various continuous improvement tools;
• factual analysis and critical and rational thinking (formal or informal);
• communicate, influence and mobilize others;
• manage projects in a changing environment.

During your previous studies and experience, you have developed the following skills:

• Creativity and Curiosity;
• High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be accompanied)
• Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude as well as good team spirit;
• Be familiar with office tools (Google Suite, MS Office Suite);

  • French: Intermediate
