Are you a sales-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills? Are you motivated by meeting new people and closing deals? Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative, specializing in door-to-door sales.

We are seeking a self-starter who is passionate about delivering outstanding sales results and building strong customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct doortodoor sales activities to generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential customers in a persuasive and engaging manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Actively listen to customers' needs, address any concerns or objections, and offer suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territory
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities as required

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably with a focus on doortodoor sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary:
$35,634.58-$90,000.00 per year
