This role is ideal for students and individuals aspiring to develop a career in sales.As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll engage in door-to-door sales, promoting solar energy solutions to homeowners and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to homeowners within designated neighborhoods to educate them about the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Effectively communicate the financial and environmental advantages of transitioning to solar energy, tailoring your pitch to the unique needs of each customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly to facilitate smooth sales processes and installations.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of solar technology.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of higher education is a plus.
- Strong passion for renewable energy and a genuine interest in contributing to environmental sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Energetic, selfmotivated, and goaloriented attitude, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prior sales experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with doortodoor sales and the challenges associated with building rapport with potential customers.
- Basic understanding of solar energy concepts and benefits is desirable but not mandatory.

$33,575.82-$103,579.04 per year
