The Opportunity
We are looking for a new Executive Assistant and Client Care Coordinator.

Specifically, we are seeking someone who loves to pay attention to details, is super organized, and takes satisfaction in helping a busy executive stay on top of all of the demands on their time.


Our business model is first and foremost about providing clients with the right financing advice and that goes beyond just finding the lowest rate.

We focus on serving real estate investor clients, and self-employed clients who require detailed analysis of their needs and situation to develop a financing roadmap and implement the right financing structures to grow wealth through a portfolio of income properties.

So, we are looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism and an unshakable focus on providing excellent client service.

We need someone who can take care of the all of the administrative details to effectively support our President and enable her to spend more of her time on executive level tasks such as strategy and relationship building.

Here are the specifics on the role


Role (Overview of the Position)

  • Responsible for supporting the President with onboarding of new clients, scheduling, inbox management, and more

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

  • Executive Assistance remote work with 12 visits to Vaughan per week to pickup mail and run errands
○ Management of a busy and active calendar

○ Managing expenses and forwarding corresponding invoices and receipts to the bookkeeping team

○ Collecting, organizing, and actioning mail/courier deliveries

○ Organizing and managing clie
