The Bruce Hotel, is a CAA/AAA 4-Star, boutique hotel set just steps from the world-renowned Stratford Festival Theatre. Set on six and a half acres, the Bruce Hotel offers unparalleled service in the heart of Stratford.

The Bruce Hotel brings a Shakespearean inspiration to its guestrooms and facilities.

The only fully wheelchair accessible hotel features 25 uniquely decorated guestrooms and suites, including a gym, indoor pool and two dining options making the Bruce Hotel a sought after destination.


Duties and Supporting Responsibilities Prepare the Dining Room for Service - i.e. Laying out Napkins, Utensils, Glasses etc. Familiarize and Retain Menu Items and Descriptions Ability to Dictate a Menu and Present Dishes accordingly Proper Wine Service Understand and Communicate all Products and Services Ensure complete Guest Satisfaction Any other


Requirements Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays Smart-Serve Certified

Ability to work Days, Afternoons, and Evenings, Weekends and Holidays between May and October
