Job Description:

Support the talent acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Contribute to maintaining internal and external job postings, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Learn and follow company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition and ensure compliance.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in talent acquisition processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately screen resumes and gather relevant information.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing recruitment needs and processes.
Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, teamoriented mindset, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
