About the Position

ATS Traffic Edmonton is looking for some Shipper/Receivers to join our team This position will be responsible for shipping orders and materials to customers and other ATS Traffic branches as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for shipping orders to our customers on-time, error free

Duties include:

Preparing products to be shipped to customers and ATS Traffic branches across Canada
Assist incoming customers with order pick up and loading
Ensure proper packaging of products and assembly as required
Communicate with customers and various carriers
Use knowledge of safe packing methods, time management and prioritization skills for orders
Provide assistance to the On-Street Services and Production departments is required
Maintain and organize inventory including min and max levels
Ensure deliveries go out customers On-Time, Error Free
Support a tidy workplace and 6 Sigma and LEAN initiatives
Work in the yard as required

Qualifications

Ability to successfully pass a preemployment Drug and Alcohol+Fit Test, including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds, is required.
_As this is a safety sensitive position, there is a zero tolerance policy for the use of medical or recreational marijuana.

Own vehicle to get to and from work if required. _ATS Edmonton is not located on any public transportation routes. _

Previous shipping receiving/traffic control/construction experience and a forklift certificate are definite assets.
