Synopsis of the role
As Pricing Manager at Equifax Canada, you will support the Pricing Team in providing proactive, insightful pricing analysis to enable the business to reach its short
- and long-term strategic and financial objectives. The Manager will have 1 direct report and will report to the Director, Pricing. You will interface with senior management and Canadian Leadership Team (CLT) to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner to foster effective decision making.
What you'll do:
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience with pricing strategies, processes, systems and controls.
- Prepare, manipulate and extract data and information from multiple internal and external sources, in order to develop and execute pricing strategies across multiple products.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify areas of opportunities, and gain a complete picture of future pricing options for our product portfolio.
- Provide required inputs and analysis for ongoing Pricing reporting.
- Work with Sales Leaders and Managers to optimize pricing and terms for customer specific opportunities.
- Provide Pricing advisory for internal projects (transformation, customer contract conversions etc.).
- Drive deal engagement among key internal stakeholders for strategic deal opportunities.
- Establish pricing for new products and services including Partnership Agreements.
What experience you need:
- 5+ years of relevant Pricing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Finance or Product Marketing field.
- High analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to create customized, innovative reporting used to leverage data in the decision making process.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities with a professional attitude and to deliver professional results.
- Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc preferred
