JOB DESCRIPTION:

The intern/co-op student will be responsible for the assistance of Edson Packaging line projects and initiatives.

While working under the support of a senior designer the co-op student will perform the following functions:

Helping create schematics and drawings
Preparing BOMs
Create/edit engineering documentation required to support construction and installation of packaging lines
Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning packaging machinery on the shop floor
Support the production process on the shop floor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A 3rd or a 4thyear student enrolled in the Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering program
Completed at least 1 prior work term.
