    Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the Regina Toyota dealership, driving its growth and success as a Customer-centred organization and Employer of choice.

    Be the visionary to plan, implement and achieve corporate strategic goals, in collaboration with the Executive team.

    Provide strong financial leadership, and work closely with the Finance/Admin team and Department Managers, in managing budgets and finances, developing policies and cost efficiencies to ensure financial accountability, profitability and integrity of the Dealership.

    Be part of the community, build relationships, promote and identify business solutions that result in customer satisfaction, referrals and service expansion.


    You will bring proven success in increasing business performance, customer satisfaction and profitability, supported by a passion for the automotive industry.

    High initiative, with excellent communications, listening and relationship building skills.
    A related Degree/Diploma in business administration, finance or marketing is an asset. A demonstrated background and experience in the automotive or related industry is a key asset.
    ~5+ years of sales management, employee leadership, business success. A strong track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth. Executive level remuneration, benefits, bonus and more
