Store Location:
Montreal in Quebec


Working type:
Hybird Remote. Combines on-site work at a specifi address (la salle) with some remote flexibility.


Major Responsibilities:

- oversee company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

  • Ensures fullcycle Accounts Payable is processed in an accurate and timely manner including matching purchase orders, packing slips and invoices in a computerized ledger system.
  • Prepares cheques for all authorized payments to vendors including employee expenses.
  • Assist processing payroll for employees in the store if needed.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of store and office.
  • Work with other managements to design, implement the best practices in coordinate to business operation.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Perform related tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

  • Possess postsecondary academic certification, a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years of Bookkeeping and business Admin Experience.
  • Preferred customer service and/or store operations ideally in retail business and enjoy working with people.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to providing a quality customer service.
  • Resultoriented and selfmotivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tool includes Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate in
    Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset.
