Description

Tollestrup Construction Inc. has been operating within the construction industry since 1940.

We mine and manufacture several different types of sand and rock products, provide concrete aggregates, asphalt related products and services such as road building, paving, road reclamation, profiling, underground utilities, and concrete.

We are currently looking for Project Manager_
._ This position is responsible for full execution of projects, while enforcing all Tollestrup's safety, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience and knowledge of road construction.
Must obtain Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma.
Must be a member of Aset.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and Adobe.
Must obtain Class 5 Drivers License.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of all relevant bylaws, policies, and OH&S legislation.
Ability to learn new technology and software.
Selfmotivated and goal orientated.
P. Eng. would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Portraying professional and business conduct at all times.
Executing projects from beginning to completion.
Creating ongoing relationships with clients and potential clients.
Attend meetings, such as but not limited to; pretender meetings, preproject meetings, intercompany meetings, and client meetings.
Subcontract agreements: check for accuracy and provide quality control.
Complete Change Orders to change order pricing.
Any other task that may be relevant to this position.
