Job OverviewWe are currently looking to add a Warehouse Technician & Delivery Driver to our team, at our Elliot Lake, Ontario location.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities
Assist with shipping and receiving, unload trucks, check in materials and store in appropriate location.
Data entry of all shipping, receiving, branch transfers, unplanned work order issues, bin location movements and work order pick lists.
Pull available parts and allocate them in SAGE to the work order.
Prepare and deliver to designated area at scheduled time.
Receive all product from the shop & vendors and close all M/O's.
Generate all packing slips and BOM documentation and prepare order for shipment.
Organize shipping/transportation of completed M/O;s, completing and filing of waybills, customs brokers to ensure proper documentation is filed to ensure accurate invoicing, and other shipping information as needed.
Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory count of scheduled items, review and report any discrepancies with inventory control.
Maintain shipping supplies inventory,
Build drill skids as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months minimum related warehousing experience with shipping/receiving.
Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast moving work environment under mínimal supervision.
Strong sense of accountability and demonstrated initiative for assigned responsibilities.
Strong sense of teamwork
Ability to operate a forklift.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Computer literacy.
Ability to work shift work as required.
Willingness to learn.
Valid G Class or equivalent license with clean driving record required.
