Summary


The Program Administrator directly assists Project Managers, Construction Managers, Field employees and corporate office staff in the administration of all Street Light Maintenance and Transformer Rental Program related matters which may include but not limited to documentation preparation and creation, program billing, daily program and client reporting, record, and document retention, and assisting in onboarding of program personnel.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 13 years experience in an administrative position.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite including Microsoft projects.
  • Previous Site Administrative experience will be considered an asset.

Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures in a safety focused workplace.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient communication and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Duties

  • Ensure that the Project Manager, Construction Managers, and field employees have all necessary documentation for program execution.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute as needed.
  • Data entry for needed for tracking progress on program delivery.
  • Managing the procurement and monitoring of Locates, in addition to handling excavation permits.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new program personnel.
  • Assist with any HSE/Quality/Program initiatives undertaken while the program delivers on contract obligations.
  • Invoice reconciliation and completion.
  • Monitoring and tracking equipment rentals.
  • Support the Project Managers, management team and Field teams to ensure that all necessary client and company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

  • Drug & Alcohol testing and compliance is a mandatory requirement of this position.
  • OSSA BSO or CSO, CSTS 0
