- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and timely delivery.
- Utilize Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD software to review designs, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Cultivate client relationships and actively engage in business development endeavors.
- Mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proficiency in Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD is a prerequisite.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in team management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Profound understanding of mechanical trades, civil infrastructure, and industrial refrigeration, with familiarity in low-voltage security and access control systems.
- Knowledge of Canadian procurement laws.
