Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in sales, digital advertising, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience orchestrating complex projects across high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Experience with the advertising landscape, specifically within Video (TV, OLV (Online Video), CTV (Connected TV)) and an understanding of the tension between traditional and digital media.
Knowledge of advertising strategy with the ability to advocate and scale forward-looking digital initiatives in a competitive market.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive long-term account growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with Canada's Public Sector, driving significant cross-channel business growth. You will drive digital transformation by delivering data-driven advertising strategies that align with critical government priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that fuel cross-channel growth.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies.
We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more.
As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 171,000-175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
Build and sustain high-impact relationships with C-suite stakeholders to deeply understand their unique challenges and organizational mandates.
Architect and pitch bespoke advertising solutions using Google's suite of tools. Use compelling storytelling to overcome objections and secure long-term investment.
Quantify Google's impact by measuring campaign performance against key objectives, providing the insights necessary to reinforce the partnership.
Manage the customer lifecycle by identifying new pipeline opportunities and cultivating a roadmap for sustained expansion.
Lead the creation of Joint Business Plans, establishing shared accountability and clear milestones to unlock mutual success.
