    Description

    Are you a multi-talented individual capable of excellent performance in various areas? The General Labourer will be a mature individual who will demonstrate the necessary qualities to perform this position with attention to detail and organization.

    The general labourer will perform daily material handling/picking, processing, clean-up, and packaging duties. New programs to helpstaff progress intheir career and hourly rate
    ~We are a regenerative employer meaning that the organization continues to build a workplace that is good for its staff, producers, customers and communities.

    Clean work areas and equipment - maintain food safety and housekeeping standards at all times.

    ~ Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout the plant and warehouse manually, or with powered equipment.

    ~ Receive and unload freight and validate all shipped and received materials.

    ~ VG Meats is dedicated to producing high quality, healthy foods through sustainable farming practices. A fourth-generation family business, we produce tenderness tested beef, pork and pastured poultry that our customers love.
