    Business Analyst-ServiceNow (Remote)

    Contract- 1 year

    Overview

    The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play a key role in our clients' growth and long-term success by enhancing and designing an Employee IT Technology experience


    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze existing business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance and design the Employee IT Technology experience
    • Work closely with technical teams to design and configure applications, and workflows to meet business requirements
    • Analyze data to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements for Employee IT Technology experience
    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, tech teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
    • Gather and document user requirement, create user stories for business processes
    • Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures
    Required Experience

    • 7+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst working in an product/agile environment.
    • 7+ years experience with process analysis, design, improvements, and translating business process needs into technical requirements.
    • 3+ years experience working with ServiceNow, must have a strong Knowledge base of ServiceNow software ITSM, Asset Management, HR Onboarding (a plus), & Agile
    • Strong communication skills, must be skilled at presenting information and responding effectively to sensitive issues, working across the business to gather requirements and translate technical terms to business terms
