Das nötige IT-Wissen bringen wir Ihnen in unserem dreimonatigen Onboarding bei und etablieren Sie damit als auf die IT spezialisierten Recruiter am Markt. Erfahrene Recruiter, Ihr persönlicher Mentor und natürlich Ihre Führungskraft geben Ihnen alle Expertise weiter, die Sie brauchen, um bei uns als Recruiter (m/w/d) erfolgreich durchzustarten.

    Ihre Aufgabe

    • Anforderungsprofile unserer Auftraggeber in aussagekräftige, in sich schlüssige Stellenbeschreibungen überführen
    • potenzielle Talente in Online-Netzwerken identifizieren und diese proaktiv ansprechen
    • den End-to-End-Recruiting Prozesses gestalten: Bewerbervorauswahl, Telefoninterview, Profilpräsentation, Terminkoordination, Feedback-Gespräche
    • eine positive Candidate Experience durch professionelles Bewerbermanagement sicherstellen
    • Führungskräfte in allen Fragen des Recruitings und Auswahlprozesses beraten
    • unserer Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten, da wir uns ständig verbessern wollen
    • "Jagdinstinkt" als leidenschaftlicher Recruiter mit Interesse an IT-Themen
    • ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation aus einer Berufsausbildung
    • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und Kenntnisse in der Direktansprache von Kandidaten
    • durch Kommunikationsstärke und Ihre gewinnende Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kandidaten aufzubauen
    • ein echter Teamplayer, der hilfsbereit und wertschätzend agiert
