Executive Assistant - Mississauga, Canada - PRIME TIME HR
Description
Job Duties:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Job Requirements:
- Proven 23 years of experience as an executive assistance
- Experience working in the metals industry (preferred); basic knowledge of raw materials; stainless, aluminum and carbon
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge for purpose of invoicing and payments
- Some experience in logistics; negotiating rates, booking shipments, completing required customs documentation
- Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
- Must be flexible, adaptable and a quick learner.
- Works well both independently and in a team
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
