Description

Job Duties:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Job Requirements:


  • Proven 23 years of experience as an executive assistance
  • Experience working in the metals industry (preferred); basic knowledge of raw materials; stainless, aluminum and carbon
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic accounting knowledge for purpose of invoicing and payments
  • Some experience in logistics; negotiating rates, booking shipments, completing required customs documentation
  • Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and a quick learner.
  • Works well both independently and in a team

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
