Position Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You'll lead a team of 8-14 employees, manage territory sales, oversee inventory and supplies, and ensure top-notch customer service. This position is ideal for individuals seeking valuable management experience and who thrive in dynamic environments.

Compensation:
Starting at $21/hr + Tips & Bonus Incentives

Job Type
***- Full-time Position (March - December*)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Training and managing a team
Recruitment and hiring
Conducting barbecue cleaning and repairs
Sales and inventory management
Interacting with customers
Handling customer concerns
Monitoring employee and territory performance
Motivating and leading teams to success
Achieving set targets and goals

Qualifications:

Must have a reliable vehicle to travel throughout your territory
Experience in leadership and customer service.
Sales and marketing experience to promote our service and hit targets.
Effective communication skills
Ability to excel in a team environment
Physical stamina for outdoor work
Attention to detail
Problemsolving skills
Deadlineoriented
