  • Support Project Managers with Project Invoicing, Change Orders, Warranty Statements, status reports, and submittals.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports detailing service ticket status; develop and maintain dashboards within the project management ticketing software (JIRA).
  • Work within the JIRA and Confluence ecosystem as needed to update and create JIRA tickets and Confluence pages.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing project internal and external status and site reports.
  • Management of centralized project filing systems.
  • Perform administration tasks required to manage Field Operations Assets. This includes Fleet Management, ELD (Electronic Logging Device), DOT number and other needed tasks as determined by the Installation and Construction Managers.
Coordination of project administrative duties


Metrics

  • Open and close projects in accordance with procedures
  • Coordination of time sheet tasks in coordination with HR
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports detailing service ticket status and / or develop and maintain dashboards within the project management ticketing software (JIRA).

Requirements:


Education and Experience
-
Administrative Diploma and/or equivalent experience
-
General project or office administration experience
-
Previous experience or knowledge of projects in construction and/or maintenance environments an asset

Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced environment
