Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daytoday operations of the plumbing service and installation department
Quoting, planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget
Supporting the other teams at Naylor
HVAC, Projects, Sales
Maintaining excellent internal/external customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees
Overseeing quality control and ensuring regulatory compliance
Supervising, motivating and coaching field employees and subcontractors
Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to

Requirements:

Licensed (306A) Plumber; OWWA CCCS & Gas Fitter 1 considered assets

years of field experience - ICI & multi-residential, with previous supervisory experience being considered an asset

Knowledge of drain cleaning practices for High Rise & Commercial customers
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Solid knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e. OHSA, codes, etc.)
Estimating experience; blueprint reading is an asset
Experience managing monthly P&L
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to problem solve
Excellent time management skills able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
