We are currently seeking a hardworking, service focused leader to join our growing team as a Plumbing Operations Manager, for our Western Division (Oakville, Cambridge and London).

Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of the plumbing service and installation department
  • Quoting, planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget
  • Supporting the other teams at Naylor
  • HVAC, Projects, Sales
  • Maintaining excellent internal/external customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Supervising, motivating and coaching field employees and subcontractors
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to

Requirements:


  • Licensed (306A) Plumber; OWWA CCCS & Gas Fitter 1 considered assets
years of field experience - ICI & multi-residential, with previous supervisory experience being considered an asset

  • Knowledge of drain cleaning practices for High Rise & Commercial customers
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Solid knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e. OHSA, codes, etc.)
  • Estimating experience; blueprint reading is an asset
  • Experience managing monthly P&L
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent time management skills able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
