Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team.

As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:


  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments
  • Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process

Experience:


  • Previous experience operating CNC milling machines is required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements
  • Familiarity with Fanuc or other logic controllers is preferred
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus
  • Welding experience is a bonus

Pay:
$18.00-$30.02 per hour

  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • CNC milling machine: 1 year (preferred)
