We are looking for a Full-time receptionist with exceptional communication skills, professional and dependable to join our Hunt Club location, with FLEXIBLE hours.

(Shifts are days/evenings and weekends).


Responsibilities:


  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Entering detailed service calls
  • Data entry and verification
  • Accounts receivable
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Communicating with warehouse employees
  • General office support

Qualifications:


  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, Bilingualism considered an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Professional attitude with strong time management skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, flexible and selfmotivated
  • Proficient in computers: Excel, Outlook, MS Word
