OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work collaboratively with PMs, Architects, business SMEs, and third party vendors, ensuring business requirements are accurately gathered and translated into the technical aspects.
Elicit, document, and communicate functional requirements throughout project lifecycle.
Verify solutions meet the requirements and quantify the benefits and costs of each solution.
Document and contribute to an effective control and risk management process.
Document use cases and user stories based on business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

7+ years Technical BA experience with a minimum of 3 enterprise technology projects.
Strong experience with Cloud based DevSecOps processes is a must.
Strong experience working on technology projects with diverse project teams, communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong experience participating in and facilitating business process model discovery, planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements.
Experience preparing business cases, project charters, technical assessments, policies, processes, and procedures.
Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, use cases and user stories based on business processes, risk registers, user manuals and system manuals.
Experience developing governance frameworks and processes.
Education: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) would be a strong asset.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
Must be authorized to work in Canada and be able to work onsite in Regina, SK for the duration of the project.
