NEXT Supply is the new generation of supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics -setting superior standards in service, product availability and delivery. NEXT has strategically located local warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each with a full quantity of inventory and strong, strategic delivery capabilities.

Shift:
Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

Overview:

Receiving Clerks are responsible for the smooth flow of received goods and supplies.

Accurate physical receiving of materials/product in order to maintain integrity of inventory control and insures delivery of materials/product to the proper department.

Handle any assigned receiving, putting away and replenishment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule all inbound deliveries; ensure purchase order numbers are on all paperwork.
Receive product deliveries.
Record and check quantity and quality of goods received.
Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments.
Put away material in a timely manner.
Communicate and coordinate with appropriate buyer for product returns.
Properly input received material into computer system and forward proper documentation toaccounts payable.
Deliver product to appropriate personnel ensure all pathways are kept clear.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Wear personal protective equipment as required.
Assist in other departments as required.
Heavy Lifting required as necessary.

Qualifications:

Must have product knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be customer service oriented.
Must be able to multitask and problem solve.
