About the Revenue Operations Intern role
We're looking for an outstanding, highly analytical, Revenue Operations Analyst to join Float. We're looking for those in their 3rd or 4th year that are comfortable with a hybrid working environment.

You'll be working with our go to market teams (Marketing, Account Executives and Business Development Reps) to ensure the data and systems they are using are efficient, effective and accurate.


As the Revenue Operations Intern at Float:

  • Under the direction of the Revenue Operations Lead, you'll be responsible for managing our day-to-day CRM data and workflows
  • Provide business insights by working with team leads to generate CRM reporting
  • Work with our BDR and Account Executive teams to ensure workflows perform as expected and data integrity is at the forefront
  • Work on tooling enablement by creating documentation and training materials
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our current tooling integrations and process flows
  • Manage our referral program on a monthly basis to ensure our customers are paid out appropriately for helping us grow
  • You'll learn, grow, and receive mentorship

What your week-to-week looks like:


  • Monitor reports and dashboards to identify data discrepancies
  • Investigate the source of data discrepancies or broken workflows, identify root cause and make changes as required
  • Complete bulk data uploads to correct data
  • Complete data enrichment activities using several sources to update our records to the most accurate information
  • Generate new reports and data visualizations for our cross functional team members
  • Provide real time CRM and other Sales tooling support to our Account Executive and BDR teams
  • Create documentation for how to troubleshoot certain areas as well as how to improve training for our Sales teams
  • Identify opportunities for us to streamline operations and introduce new tooling
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


You'll be great in this role if:


  • You're in your 3rd or 4th year with prior internship experience. You've worked with other tech organizations in the past as a business analyst or similar role

You live for systems and data. You are highly analytical, love data structuring, and how systems work together

You take accountability for your work. You are proud of your deliverables and see each task to completion.

You're detail oriented. Nothing gets past you, and you're able to spot key differentiators in records and/or errors

You're eager to continue your own learning. Scrappy and voracious, you want to know the 'why' behind every answer.

You're a creative problem solver who can combine quantitative thinking with a great aesthetic. Finding creative ways to work through obstacles is fun for you

You are interested in the operations behind Sales and Marketing and want to help make teams more efficient. Bonus if you have experience with Hubspot or Salesforce

  • You aren't super passionate about helping Float build the best corporate card and spend management platform in Canada
