- Between 3-5 years of post-call experience;
- Excellent academic and professional credentials;
- Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery, Managed Document Review, Information Governance;
- Experience with e-discovery technology and desire to continuously learn and use new cutting edge legal technologies;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Curious and innovative thinker desiring to engage in forging new paths in client service;
- Ability to work with a diverse team of colleagues including lawyers, project managers, and technical analysts;
- Presentation and public speaking skills an asset;
- Ability to manage contract review teams on complex matters;
- Motivated to engage in business development opportunities to support MT> 3's growth;
