NETSPECTRUM Internet Solutions is a Northern Ontario based Internet Service Provider, owned and operated in Sudbury, North Bay and Huntsville ON, who provides internet service to rural and Northern communities.

NETSPECTRUM is a division of Spectrum Telecom Group, a Motorola Solutions dealer who provides team communications across Northern Ontario.

Job Type:
Permanent, full-time


Salary:
$18.00/hr + commission

Schedule:
8-hour shift

Flexible shifts, min 40 hours per week

Ability to commute/relocate:


Based out of Greater Sudbury with travel to North Bay and Muskoka areas - on the road throughout Northern Ontario.

Wherever our network takes you. (From White River to the Muskokas)


Experience:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience

Demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.

Door-to-door sales experience is beneficial.

Hold a valid driver's license (required)

Comfortable traveling up to 2.5 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)

Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)

Previous outside sales experience is a plus

Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

A strong desire and ability to close the sale


Education:

Minimum 2 years college program (IT related program.)


Roles and Responsibilities:
Go door to door to generate new Netspectrum customers.

Utilize your dependable vehicle for traveling to sales appointments and closing deals.

Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Uphold reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Ambitious to meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate effectively with the team and management to promote our mission.

Willingness to travel to different sales locations throughout the north.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

A valid driver's license with an acceptable drivers abstract.

Reliable vehicle.

Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.

Must pass security check.

Proficient with computer software (Excel, Word, Acrobat, Teams).

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience in project and event coordination is an asset.

Detailed oriented.

Independent analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingualism is an asset.
