What You'll Get To Do:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist with managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols and access controls.
Collaborate with senior administrators to optimize system and network performance and reliability.
Provide technical support to endusers by troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
Build and maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Prepare reports on system performance and incident resolutions.
Monitor system logs for security breaches and unauthorized access.
Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
Assist in evaluating and recommending IT hardware and software purchases.
Train employees on new updates and technologies through IT training.

What We're Looking For:

Proven minimum 2 years work experience as a Junior System Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with Microsoft 36
Hands on experience of the Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with centralized antivirus and backup solutions
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new
BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CCNA, AWS) are a plus.
