We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Finance Analyst to join our Finance - Reporting & Consolidation team in Langley, BC.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the Executive Committee.
- Assisting with the monthly consolidation of actual financial results from all the Group entities. Ensuring that consolidating entries and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, and that intercompany transactions are accurately eliminated.
- Supporting the creation and distribution of standard management reports that provide a clear and synthesized understanding of financial performance.
- Collaborating with various business units across the organization to help analyze, align, and report on key business drivers.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participating in department initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analysis as required.
You have:
- An Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years of professional accounting and/or financial reporting and consolidation experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling skills.
- The ability to work with and manage data and translate it into meaningful results.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

- Exceptionally adept at analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A master of solid time management skills with ability to multitask during tight project deadlines.
- Able to act on own initiative, to exercise sound judgment and to prioritize tasks.
- Able to understand, document and evaluate business processes.

$70, $87,638.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
