Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an

Responsibilities:

Issuing preventative maintenance requests to operations/maintenance crews
Update equipment information to match current conditions in the field
Add/remove PMs in system, scan regulatory docs, update PM frequency
Work with maintenance foreman and production foreman to review current PMs scheduled
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Maximo asset management software is an asset but willing to train
High School diploma and Office Admin certificate preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail orientated
Highly organized and able to multitask
Critical thinking, decision making and problemsolving skills.
Oil and gas industry knowledge an asset
