Our Systemair facility located in Tillsonburg Ontario is the manufacturing center of commercial air handling units (AHU) for North America.

Our clean, air-conditioned plant along with state-of-the-art equipment (Prima Power Servo-Electric Press Brakes, Shear/Punch Combi w/ fully automated coil and sheet loading and finished part stacking equipment) and family like atmosphere provides a safe, comfortable and friendly work environment.

Work location: 10 Rouse Street, Tillsonburg Ontario

Responsible to co-ordinate a complete range of support services to ensure the administrative and inventory control functions to streamline activity and documentation in the Warehouse.

Responsibilities;

Maintain paper driven picking records & prioritize picking sequencing of warehouse work.
Monitor & respond to production shortages and sequence rush requirements.
Investigate production shortage and initiate investigative process as required to maintain accurate inventory.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies to facilitate efficient pick list management as defined by the company.
Administer the cycle count program as defined by the company.
Document & maintain outbound materials to subcontractors.
Communication of production requirements to production supervisors and lead hands as required.
Conduct bin audits
Audit process along with paper flow errors to identify inconsistencies that affect inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

Previous clerical manufacturing experience an asset
Experience with extensive computer work
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to adhere to deadlines and work with minimum supervision
Able to balance multiple tasks
Reliable and punctual
Continuous Improvment mindset
MRP Knowledge an asset
