    entry level admin assistant - Winnipeg, Canada - Midas

    Description

    At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspections, diagnosis and repair while providing excellent customer service.


    We are currently seeking multiple entry level admin positions.

    The purpose of this position is to assist the shop manager with daily administrative tasks and report to head office.


    These duties included but are not limited to:

    • entering data for daily P.O. logs, sales sheets, etc
    - preparing customer quotes
    - submitting shop supplies and other orders/paperwork as needed to head office
    - assisting in answering telephone calls and emails
    - store front cleanliness and restocking of supplies
    - assisting management with additional duties as required


    Qualifications:

    • 1 year preferred experience in office administration
    - experience in excel, google docs, etc
    - highly organized and able to multi-task
    - exceptional communication skills

    Hours are Monday-Friday
    8-5 (subject to change)

    Compensation:
    $14.00 per hour

    MIDAS locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
