    What you'll do here:

    Operational Management:

    · Oversee drayage operations, optimizing routes for efficiency.

    · Coordinate cargo movement across various modes, ensuring timely transfers.

    · Collaborate with carriers for seamless goods transportation.

    Financial Optimization:

    · Manage the budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

    · Negotiate rates with carriers, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

    Performance and Continuous Improvement:

    · Analyze KPIs for operational efficiency.

    · Implement continuous improvement strategies.

    Customer Satisfaction and Collaboration:

    · Collaborate with customers, ensuring reliable and efficient services.

    · Communicate effectively with internal teams for seamless collaboration.

    Team Supervision and Efficiency:

    · Supervise operations, maintaining consistency and efficiency.

    · Provide support, act as a backup during high volume or staffing challenges.

    What you bring to the table:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.

    · Experience in drayage and intermodal is a plus.

    · Proficiency in both English and French languages.

    · Proven experience in sales development and operations management within the transportation industry.

    · Strong understanding of transportation logistics processes.

    · Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

    · Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

    · A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
