- Grid level Quality process management, including Non Conformity (NC) management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process development., Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process dev., Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process & competence development, and supplier quality process development.
- Data Analytics approach for quality with needed process & tools evolution
- Digital quality road-map owner
- Change management & continuous improvement adapted to the evolving business needs
- Drive continuous improvement of quality processes & tools with lean mindset based on identified performance gaps and product & service evolution
- Provide leadership, support, and technical guidance to the GRID leadership team to assure Grid Solutions quality process development
- Work collaboratively inside and outside GE to identify and leverage best practices to update quality strategy delivering on improvements of Grid Solutions competitive level
- Leadership of HQ Quality EHS team in line with GE leadership values Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of quality leadership experience with senior leadership experience in quality management in projects and/or manufacturing and engineering
- Experienced data analytics leader with knowledge of digital quality strategy and systems' development
