    Ab sofort suchen wir Dich als Leiter Salesforce CRM (m/w/d) in Köln.
    Stellenbeschreibung
    Als Leiter Salesforce CRM (m/w/d) verantwortest und entwickelst Du ein Team von 10 Salesforce-Entwicklern und -Administratoren
    Du entwickelst und setzt Strategien um, um unsere Salesforce-Umgebung stetig zu optimieren und zu erweitern
    Außerdem bist Du für die Leitung und Koordination von Salesforce-Projekten verantwortlich, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
    Du stellst sicher, dass die technische Umsetzung von Salesforce-Lösungen effizient, skalierbar und wartbar ist
    Du sicherst einen hohen Qualitätsstandard bei den entwickelten Salesforce-Lösungen, indem Du u.a. Tests und Reviews organisierst
    In engem Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen stärkst Du die Zusammenarbeit und verstehst die individuellen Anforderungen
    Durch kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markttrends und neuen Salesforce-Features sorgst Du für innovative Lösungen und bildest das Team fortlaufend weiter
    Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik (o. ä.) oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
    Außerdem bringst Du mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Salesforce-Entwicklung und Betreuung oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit
    Du überzeugst als starke Führungsperson mit Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
    Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
