Key Responsibilities:

As the Associate Superintendent of Schools, you will be crucial in working closely with the
Superintendent to ensure that Almadina students reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will

include:

Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the Superintendent in developing and implementing
strategic initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience for Almadina students.

2.


Student Success:
Champion student success by fostering an environment that promotes
academic achievement, character development, and overall well-being.

3.


Curriculum Development:
Contribute to developing and enhancing the curriculum to meet the
evolving needs of our diverse student body.

4.


Teacher Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and supportive culture among teachers, providing
guidance and professional development opportunities to ensure excellence in teaching
practices.

5.


Community Engagement:
Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build
strong partnerships that contribute to the success of our students.

6.


Innovative Solutions:
Identify and implement innovative educational solutions to address our
school community's unique challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal or Assistant


  • Superintendent.

  • Strong knowledge of the Alberta education system and curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
