Purpose:

As the Manager, Client Growth & Optimization, you will lead and oversee the strategic and execution of the client strategy to enable successful adoption, value realization and growth across all products portfolios.

You will be not afraid of dealing with large amount of data and choosing the right analytical tools to identify key drivers and insights from it to support decision making for our product partners.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Develop product forecast/Plan for client acquisition, cross sell, retention and attrition, while delivering strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance.
P & L monitoring, insights and recommendations including: OPEX management, cost to acquire and maintain, cost control, client profitability optimization, and pricing.
Analyze complex business problems, across client segments, by acquiring and filtering through large volumes of data (internal and external sources) to provide insights and recommendations using advanced analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform). Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate root causes/drivers.
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholder.

Minimum Qualifications:

University or College Degree in Business, Math/Statistics, Science, Engineering
2+ years of experience with Data Visualization and Data Mining tools (e.g. GCP, SQL, Python)
3+ years of work experience in an Analytics role
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capacity
Strong Financial acumen and understanding of P&L
Ability to synthesis complex information clearly and simply to a broad audience

- excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
