Description

To lead the improvement of our manufacturing processes, boost the business and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

You will be responsible for maximizing our in house manufacturing output and quality, manage partnerships with third partner manufactures we represent and develop new ones, increase output sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Manufacuring and sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
  • Manage, oversee, and build a team to boost the business.
  • Establish and manage processes.
  • Ensure quality control.
  • Ensure continuous improvement, avoiding inefficiencies and waist, and ensuring stock reduction per a good sales strategy.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Lead purchasing for both Manufacturing and Sales.
  • Oversee budgets ensuring their control.
  • Lead project management throughout the involved departments.
  • Manage and oversee sales, supplier or any stakeholders relationships.


Experience in architectural products, construction products, import and export, leading sales management, marketing, manufacturing processes, 6 sigma, are relevant requirements to this role.
