- Must have five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance, operations, and project management.
- Must have two (2) years' previous supervisory experience.

Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities, this position would be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a large multi-use recreation facility. This role provides leadership and supervision to the staff at the Benson Centre and would need to be highly organized to ensure the high standards of maintenance and cleanliness of the facility are maintained. In this role the supervisor is also required to adhere to and assist in the development of budgets, complete Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal documents and work with outside contractors and agencies. Due to the nature of the work this role will require you to work some evenings and weekends supervising Recreation Staff in various locations.
