As a member of the Information and Communications Technology Team, you will be part of an international team that has the responsibility of operating and maintaining a global network that spans 6 continents and supports tens of thousands of employees.

This position will offer exciting opportunities to use the latest technologies while working with colleagues around the world.

Installation of technology components is also part of the job for the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Technician. This can include investigating developing technology recommendations as well as performing the implementations.

Routine maintenance and specific service in case of problems is also the technician's responsibility. The Technician must be able to update systems and perform scheduled tasks while handling ongoing issues. This can include remediation of problems that may arise.

  • Provide daytoday operational support
  • Deploy new hardware and software
  • Monitor systems to ensure service delivery meets user demands, taking remedial action as appropriate
  • Work within a scheduled maintenance environment
  • Review and use existing practices and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on operational improvements.
  • Support stakeholders on ad hoc projects that require ICT resources for completion
  • Review and keep up to date on ICT trends and developments and bring knowledge of these to the appropriate forum
  • Support practices and procedures that ensure data protection and security practices are of the highest possible standard
  • Work collaboratively with other teams in providing support, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems

You bring to the role:


  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior network administrator support role
  • A Bachelor's degree/advanced diploma in computing or computer science discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Experience with the following:
  • TCP/IP networking
  • Network Switching and Routing Technologies
  • Microsoft Windows Server technologies
  • Hyper-V
  • Azure Cloud Technologies such as AzureAD, Azure Power Platform
  • Knowledge of technology such as PowerShell scripting, batch files and scheduling tools
  • Demonstrable understanding of disaster recovery and backup technologies
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)
  • Proficiency with writing, communication and presentation of technical concepts
  • Project Management skills (communications, estimating, scheduling and reporting)

Experience with the following is considered an asset:

  • HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) Hardware
  • VMware VeloCloud SDWAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network)
  • Aruba Wireless
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration
