    The Customer Service Support Specialist ensures that projects run smoothly, from the design stage to the receipt of the document confirming the customer's satisfaction with the installation follow-up.

    As a Customer Service Support Specialist, your main tasks will be to:

    • Coordinate projects with all departments within the company.
    • Perform complex and confidential tasks requiring a very good knowledge of sales cycles, procedures and organizational processes.
    • Ensure that you have all the information you need to submit and create the project in the system.
    • Manage the customer relationship from the first customer call through to project completion, including after sales or warranty issues with distributor orders.
    • Ensure an exceptional customer experience.

    Skills:

    • Experience in customer service.
    • Team player.
    • Good general computer knowledge.
    • Professional approach in both English and French.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Enjoy working as part of a team, covering a variety of areas.
    • Quality oriented.
