Quality Inspector

Under mínimal supervision, performs a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under mínimal supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.

Location:
Edmonton, AB

Your Challenge:

Performs inspections of components, parts, raw materials, and material test reports to ensure compliance with the company standards.
Perform first offs and process inspection of machined parts and components.
Perform parts dimensional inspection for compliance to design specifications.

Your Expertise:

46 years of experience in a similar role
Machining and CMM experience are an asset.
HS diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Trade school accreditation is preferred.
Valve manufacturing experience is preferred.
