SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a Point Of Sale Support Specialist, you will work directly with our operators to maintain menus, equipment, and the database.
POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
- Install, configure, and validate POS equipment.
- Create and setup menus, optimizations and pricing updates
- Ensure accurate Inventory tracking.
- Travel to locations for installs and/or support
- Coordinate roll out plan with restaurants on deploying new technologies
- Must have strong business, technical, and analytical capability to comprehend and address complex business challenges. Must be planning and process oriented.
- Strong communication skills and able to present in front of small teams.
- Able to display handson approach and effectively respond to evolving priorities
EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Cloud based POS systems similar to Toast (2+ years).
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and networking (2+ years).
- Troubleshooting both LAN and WLAN networks.
- Familiarity with menu programming and Inventory tracking.
- Ability to reset, configure, and troubleshoot Android 9 and higher devices.
- Multiunit restaurant IT support.
- Prior restaurant experience is recommended.
- Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:
/ hr full time
Pay:
$26.00-$28.00 per hour
