About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative staff and provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Update, create and maintain documents for client deliverables that are consistent with our brand.
  • Manage the office environment, equipment, and supplies.
  • Complete real estate transactions from offer to closing.
  • Answer and/or direct investor queries.
  • Produce reports for leadership team.
  • Assist with website maintenance and social media presence.
  • Support the CEO with special projects.
  • Manage processes for mass communication to clients.
  • Provide backup for some clientfacing and accounting activities.

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft software i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable and trustworthy with sensitive business information.
  • Strong project management aptitude.
  • Must be a selfstarter and is able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Experience leading and supervising staff including: assigning and overseeing work, managing performance, motivating direct reports, and mentoring and training staff.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of website maintenance and social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Background in real estate or construction would be an asset.
