Summary of Duties:

Key Deliverables and Expectations:

  • The program is administered under the ISC Social Development Policy, ensure all policies and procedures are up to date every fiscal year.
  • Ensure all records, forms and documents that are required by the funding agreement are maintained and up to date for any program reviews and financial audits.
  • Participate in available training programs that are designed to enhance administration and service delivery skills.
  • Assisting citizens to in the development of community resources, capacities, and services designed to enhance the social functioning of individuals this includes assisting Persons with persistent multiple barriers with medical forms and with Persons with Disabilities packages when required.
  • Special Needs funding
- ensuring that are the requirement for this funding is adhered to. Direction from the Manager will be required.

  • Dialoguing with Accounting Department for cheque runs, Housing for housing agreements, and other internal departments when required to do so.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Experience and Attributes:

  • University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the VENN system for client information and reporting purposes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines prioritizes assignments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Motivated selfstarter and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly professional in all aspects of business, presentation and interaction with all stakeholders, clients, and Members.
  • Must be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check, including the vulnerable sector
