Right now, we are loading up our rocket ship and are looking for an Executive Assistant


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the social media and communication channels, ensuring staff are notified of items of interest. In addition, ensuring that all channels are uptodate and convey relevant and timely information.
  • Own the Company Toolbox for procedures, policies and manuals, ensuring content is continuously updated.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, documents, presentations, and expense reports.
  • Arrange travel, entertainment, meeting venue, and event planning for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and collaborate on other company events.
  • Manage special projects when applicable.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in relevant roles.
  • Excellent team player with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ambitious and keen to take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Keen understanding of confidentiality.
