Provides evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for blowers and compressor packages at customer worksites located throughout the Canada and occasionally internationally.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Inspect, evaluate, and repair equipment at customer's location using best practices for root cause analysis and quality service provision
Communicate with customers to discuss job requirements, provide recommendations and service options, listen to customer concerns, and provide status updates during service call and at completion
Evaluate customer future needs and communicate information through appropriate channels
Complete jobrelated reports and forms on a timely basis
Plan and schedule travel to best meet customer requirement, service schedule requirement, time efficiency, and cost efficiency
Backup as repair technician, assembly technician, and/or customer support specialist when not on a service call

Experience:

Two to four years related experience.

Valid driver's license

Other Requirements:

Related work experience must include customer contact and mechanical repair, rotating equipment or automotive preferred.

Sense of Touch

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes)
